CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

1) To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time cannot be accommodated and the full session fee will be charged.

2) In the rare event of an emergency requiring your therapist to reschedule, you will be informed at least 24 hours beforehand.

3) Your session link and relevant instructions will be sent to your registered email address and phone number within four hours of booking. We request that you review and follow these instructions carefully.
