A Brief Introductory Phone Call
Service Description
A brief introductory phone call of up to 20 minutes between you and your therapist, providing an opportunity to get to know each other. During this call, you may share the concerns you wish to work on in therapy and ask any questions about the therapeutic process, your therapist’s approach, and professional qualifications.
Cancellation Policy
1) To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time cannot be accommodated and the full session fee will be charged. 2) In the rare event of an emergency requiring your therapist to reschedule, you will be informed at least 24 hours beforehand. 3) Your session link and relevant instructions will be sent to your registered email address and phone number within four hours of booking. We request that you review and follow these instructions carefully. 4) In case of an 'Introductory Call' - You will receive a call from your therapist at the scheduled time on the number you have provided, the call will be limited to a maximum duration of 20 minutes.
